**The Company**

Our client is an international logistics and freight forwarding company that offers transportation solutions globally. The company provides a wide range of customized solutions of logistics services and supply chain solutions such as Transportation, Warehousing and Custom Clearance.

The Procurement Manager, Air Freight, will coordinate with the air freight team and take the lead in procurement. Work closely with the product and commercial team on both local and regional levels.

**The Procurement Manager, Air Freight will be responsible to**:

- Lead the procurement of airfreight services and actively seek solutions for spot opportunities and undertake negotiations for allotments.
- Develop bugty6siness relations with airlines and GSAs and co-design the carrier portfolio in accordance with the global carrier policy.
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of existing allotments to ensure ongoing optimization.
- Contribute to national, regional, and global air freight tenders, by working closely with regional and global tender teams in collaborative exchange.
- Actively generate business cases, carefully assess risks and investments in accordance with the global growth strategy.
- Collaborate with the gateway team and local/regional offices to provide support in implementing won business.
- Track and analyze market rates and developments, support commercial team and act as network support for global network inquiries.

**The Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in related field or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in procurement or related.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead rate negotiations with carriers.
- Hands-on experience in local/network RFQs and airline procurement.
- Good contact with airlines in the region.
- Proficient in English - both written and verbal communication.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
