**Your day at NTT DATA**

This role provides support in the development and execution of exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.

**What you'll be doing**

**Education**:

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.

**Work Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Test Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role.
- Proven experience in designing test cases, executing test plans, and reporting results.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, QTP).

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, ALM) for tracking defects and managing test cases.
- Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL) for test automation and data validation.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Experience in API Testing

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through past roles.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies and issues in software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with development teams.

**Testing Methodologies**:

- Experience in various testing types, including functional, regression, integration, user acceptance (UAT), and performance testing.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies and how testing fits into those frameworks.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, ALM) for tracking defects and managing test cases.
- Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL) for test automation and data validation.
