**What the role is**
- You will design, develop and deliver broad-based interventions that are aligned to strategic priorities in relation to organisational performance and health, organisation transformation, change management, and capability development.

**What you will be working on**
- You will plan and organise organisation-wide engagement platforms, collaborate with different stakeholders to identify organisational development needs through the implementation of appropriate assessment tools and data analysis, drive cultural alignment to foster a sense of common purpose and identity, and implement communications strategies and programmes to create buy-in and drive transformation efforts. You will also lead competency-based staff capability development, develop policies that support life-long learning, identify learning needs, and lead the team to conduct both in-house training as well as curating training programmes.

**What we are looking for**
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the areas of organisation development, change management, employee engagement, culture building, organisational learning, and design thinking. - Able to design and conduct interventions such as facilitating small group conversations, engaging senior leadership teams, and delivering large group engagement sessions. - A team player, forward-thinking, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage people at all levels.
