**Responsibilities**:
- Use various commercial equipment to bake a full range of breads, cakes, pastries, tarts and pies
- Work with Founder and Head Baker to improve recipes, and createand execute new ones
- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment and tools; restock supplies for the next shift
- Perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Head Baker or Founder
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a bakery setting
- Diploma or professional certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts or similar
- Adequate understanding and knowledge of various baking techniques
- Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
- Willing to work independently or with other team members to solve problems
- Able to work early mornings, nights, Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays
- Basic Math and Computer skills
