**Responsibilities**

Ensure the overall landscape is pest control free from mosquito breeding and ensure optimal cleanliness

Liaise, provide attendance, carry out inspections with client's direct Contractors (e.g. cleaning contractor, pneumatic waste system maintenance, general and recyclable waste contractor) and improve service standards

Keep track of Contractor’s subcontractors’ performance and follow up with pest control, grease interceptors desilting services

Work with the Zone Managers on the routine inspection and gather feedback and inform the respective Housekeeping Contractors to follow up with works or inform the S.O where a work order is required

Submit reports to client on cleaning schedule, complains and problems encountered

**Requirements**:
Diploma in relevant area of Estate Management or equivalent

Must have completed skills certification under the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) - National Skills Recognition System (NSRS) and trained in the following 6 NSRS Units of Competence for the pest management industry & cleaning & grease interceptor desilting i.e. the following modules:
Prepare Pest Management Equipment

Treat Mosquito Infestation

Treat Rodent Infestation

Treat Cockroach Infestation

Treat Fly Infestation

Treat Flea Infestation

Cleaning Carpets

Cleaning Furniture and Furnishings

Cleaning Hard Floors

Cleaning Sanitary Fixtures, Fittings and Toilet Floors

Cleaning vertical surfaces, glass and ceiling
