**Responsibilities**:

- Work on roles spanning all levels and departments, managing the entire process from start to finish (kickoff meetings, sourcing, interviewing, managing interview process & debriefs, and driving the offer process)
- Establish and build strong relationships with your hiring managers, becoming an expert on their teams and business
- Act as a consultant to the business, using data to influence and drive the recruiting process in order to find the best possible talent as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Craft creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent, always looking for new ways to attract top talent into the funnel
- Craft, deliver, and negotiate complex and senior offers
- Leverage data to provide frequent and consistent updates on hiring progress
- Work on projects that impact the broader global Recruiting team such as tool assessments, employer branding, and recruiter/interviewer training

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment with a proven track record of success
- Experience managing multiple roles/profiles at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and bias for action
- Strong analytical skills, experience using data to guide decision-making and change
- Experience working and influencing senior-level leaders
- Proactive and solution-oriented, identifying challenges early on and addressing those with relevant stakeholders
