Dutch Colony Coffee Co. is a specialty coffee roaster with presence in brick-and-mortar retail shops, ranging from coffee bar to coffee bar + kitchen concept with focus on quality and service, presence in wholesale business serving corporate and cafes and expanding its presence into the online platform.

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic **Outlets Manager **with potential to manage multiple outlets by creating a seamless, efficient, and effective operation across retail outlets, to drive business and financial objective of the outlets, and provide accountability on business plan and performance.

Reporting directly to the Operation General Manager, the Outlets Manager is responsible for the overall retail operational and financial success.

- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanour at all times
- Demonstrated passion for coffee with extensive experience in speciality coffee industry
- Able to engage with stakeholders of the company in driving initiatives, projects, operation and improvements of retail operation and business with confidence
- Able to manage overall aspect of retail business (operations, project and initiatives), from planning to execution
- A team leader with passion to coach, to grow and to inspire the retail team
- Excellent understanding of sales, profits and loss, and impact on overall store goals
- Passionate, proactive, outgoing, able to connect with customer and deliver great customer service experience
- Able to offer relevant and thoughtful strategies for improving operations
- Provide support and coordinate with Operations General Manager to build and maintain a culture of excellence throughout retail department
- Adhere to standard operating procedures by following general practices outlined in company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines, including hiring and terminations, talent and performance management, disciplinary actions, and promotions
- Oversee, support, and inspire retail team through thoughtful engagement, coaching, and sharing of best practices including but not limited to cash handling, operations, and product standards, while embodying a hospitality-focused, experience-oriented approach to service
- Respond to all customer and staff inquiries with patience, confidence, and professionalism
- Progressive career objective and motivate to learn and progress

**Physical Demands & Work Environment**:

- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekends and shift coverage
- Ability to manoeuvre effectively around the retail outlets, office, and to/from other retail locations for departmental meetings

**Salary**: From $2,600.00 per month
