Junior Procurement

**About the Role**

We are looking for a Junior Procurement Officer to support purchasing operations and supplier coordination. This role involves sourcing and procuring items such as gloves, paint, and power tools while ensuring smooth communication between sales teams and suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source, evaluate, and purchase materials and tools based on sales requests.
- Obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
- Follow up on orders, track deliveries, and resolve supply chain issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality**.**
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Ensure purchased items meet quality standards and company requirements.
- Support process improvements for procurement efficiency.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. Nitec, GCE O level, A level, Diploma holder in any field or other equivalent qualifications
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Energetic and ability to think laterally with reasoned decision making
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good working attitude and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Live with positive vibes, most importantly willing to take action with “CAN DO” attitude
- 6 working days per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,600.00 per month
