**Event Coordinator Intern**
- Singapore_

You are responsible for supporting the Operations Team with the execution of successful meetings and events while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will ensure all events related documentation are prepared in a timely manner, support site inspections, logistics coordination and follow up on correspondences where necessary, pre, during and post events.

**Your responsibilities**
- Coordinate and support the set-up and production of the event on-site
- Provide support in developing RFP proposals including research and sourcing
- Assist in scheduling meetings, providing logistics support and planning to ensure smooth implementation of events within allocated budget and timeline
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Answer inquiries in the event support mailbox
- Responsible for event data quality and follow-up on inconsistencies, missing information etc
- Responsible for organization and maintenance of all event files
- Update Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) as needed, make recommendations for process improvements
- Engage in ad-hoc responsibilities and/or projects

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to ever-changing scenarios
- Capability of problem solving - Anticipating, initiating and resolving issues
