We are seeking a dynamic and passionate HR Specialist with expertise in Learning & Development to join our talented HR team. As the HR Specialist - Learning & Development, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the professional growth and development of our employees. **Responsibilities**:

- Training Program Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and design effective training programs that align with the organization's goals and individual employee growth.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions and workshops both virtually and in-person, ensuring a stimulating and interactive learning environment for participants.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders, and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Work with the HR team to develop and deliver onboarding and orientation programs that enable new employees to quickly acclimate to their roles and the company culture.
- Talent Development: Support career development initiatives by identifying high-potential employees and creating personalized development plans to nurture their growth within the organization.
- Employee Development Consulting: Offer expertise and guidance to managers and employees on various learning opportunities and professional development resources.
- Compliance and Regulation: Stay updated on industry best practices, learning trends, and compliance requirements to ensure the organization's learning programs are up-to-date and in line with legal standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist, Learning & Development Specialist, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging training materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
