Head of Digital for one of the largest organisations in Singapore | Driving digitalisation and implementation

**Your new company**
You will be working with one of the largest organizations in Singapore. You will provide strategic and tactical leadership in harnessing technologies to deliver value-added services. You will also be responsible for leading, driving and executing the overall digitalisation plan. You will also provide advice and guidance on the strategic use of ICT and develop strong collaboration with partners and vendors for leverage in resolving critical or escalated issues.

**Your new role**
As the Head of Digital/Product, you will:

- Bridge the Gap: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals.
- Innovate and Achieve: Meet business objectives and operational needs, ensuring our departments are recognized as innovative technology users.
- Research and Analyse: Identify customer needs and product growth opportunities through audience and process research.
- Lead and Manage: Ensure impactful outcomes by leading product and project teams to deliver according to agreed roadmaps on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 15-20 years of working experience in relevant field with at least 8-10 years in leadership position.
- Robust technical experience in large scale organization, ideally in deployment and implementation of technology plans
- Familiar with emerging technologies and digital solutions in the market
- Strategic thinking with strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- An innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward.
