Your Role:
In this dynamic position, you will lead a dedicated team committed to Global Health Equity in the Americas region. As an inspiring leader and ambassador for health equity, you will advance transformational program solutions, identify funding opportunities, and measure our collective impact. Reporting to the Global Delivery and Impact lead, you will hone and develop a high-performing team to amplify key initiatives and deliver groundbreaking social impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:

- Implement Global Health Equity plans that enhance healthcare worker outreach, patient impact, and reputational outcomes in alignment with our overall mission.
- Act as a broker for social innovation and health impact, fostering new partnerships within the community.
- Collaborate on a dynamic strategy and roadmap that aligns with the APAC governance structure and global goals.

Executive Counsel:

- Translate regional goals into actionable strategies that support our growth and enhance our reputation.
- Provide key insights as a strategic advisor to commercial leadership teams to influence decisions and drive business growth.
- Manage nuanced issues related to Global Health Equity investments and programs.

Portfolio Delivery and Implementation:

- Coordinate the annual Global Health Equity budgeting process and manage portfolio delivery with a focus on replicable impact.
- Identify synergies across Johnson & Johnson businesses and functions to enhance collaborative efforts for social good.

Partnership Development:

- Build and nurture internal and external relationships to strengthen our health equity initiatives.
- Represent our mission in cross-functional meetings and serve as an ambassador for Global Health Equity within the community.

Leadership:

- Collaborate with the Delivery and Impact Leadership Team to set strategic priorities and drive business objectives.
- Foster a team-oriented culture that encourages innovation and proactive collaboration.
- Develop the capabilities and future direction of Global Health Equity across the APAC region.
