Troubleshoot equipment and network problems and participate in critical maintenance windows

Provide maintenance and systeM/Firmware upgrades such as service packs, patches hot fixes and security configurations

Provide installation and configuration of network related equipment

Keep accurate and up to date documentation of the network configuration, changes and procedures is essential for effective network management and troubleshooting

Continuously monitoring the network's performance and utilization. Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks or issues to optimize the network's performance

Proactively improve backup strategies and solution. Perform data restore as when required

Strong Technical knowledge in network services

Knowledge of network security principles, including firewall configurations, access control lists, VPN technologies, encryption, intrusion detection/prevention systems and network hardening techniques

In-depth knowledge and hands on experience particular in Checkpoint firewall, Aruba Clearpass and Veeam backup solutions

Posses good verbal and written communications skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members

Able to work under pressure and out of office hours
