**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Understand the competitive landscape and prospect needs so you can effectively position the value of diff type of Professional Services (example like Manpower Services/Outsourcing, VMS and many other related SI PS)
- Work with the sales team to determine Services Strategy for prospect accounts
- Conduct services discovery session and validate services scope/Costing
- Assess project team training needs for prospects
- Create and validate Professional Services Proposal and Project Plan
- Manage Professional Services statement-of-work and contracting process
- Maintain accurate and timely prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data
- Mentor new services team members
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Finding and developing new markets and improving PS sales
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
- Manage a support team to provide first class post sales support
- Provide input into the pre sales process and act as a lead on support and service issues, strategy and approach
- Develop and grow a new post sales Service Management function
- Set clear objectives, evaluate progress and instil a high performance culture with focus on team work, service excellence and ownership for resolving customer issues
- Set-up, manage and improve standards and procedures within the team
- Ensure high quality, up-to-date documentation exists for all service arrangements

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience leading and developing a support team in a services delivery, Operational or manpower outsourcing environment will be preferred
- Able to juggle priorities to meet deadlines without cutting corners
- Follow up on and take responsibility for unresolved issues or escalations
- Experience of driving change initiatives in a service environment
- Experienced and conversant in Service Level Agreements and Operational Schedules
- Able to identify new Business Development opportunities
- Able to develop effective relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with departments such as sales and CT management
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills Experience improving and developing the knowledge & skills of others
- Able to work on own initiative to develop the team
- Passion and sales hungry with a business growth mind set
