**Responsibilities**:

- Marketing of SMG specialist services in regional countries as assigned by Supervisor.
- Providing administration services to assist the clients with appointments and arrangements for their medical treatment.
- Establishing new business contacts in these regional countries for the purpose of setting up new referral contacts, liaison offices or representative offices, as decided by SMG Senior Management.
- Prospecting for new ventures involving SMG specialist services as either partners, subsidiaries or independent operations.
- Promotion of referrals to SMG specialist centres in Singapore to improve patient count
- and total revenue.
- Engaging, cultivating and servicing local clientele including Embassies, expatriate clienteles and corporate clients for the purpose of encouraging them to utilize SMG specialist services.
- Identifying and communicating with General Practitioners and Specialists to utilize SMG specialists services.
- Keep abreast of the latest marketing initiatives and conduct competitor analysis to ensure SMG's market position remains competitive
- Keeping track of cases referred and activities of referring parties (medical facilitators).

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in business development or marketing in healthcare industry
- Able to converse in Vietnamese as this role will be supporting the Vietnam market and partnering with international teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills
