Snyk is on a mission to make the world a more secure place by empowering developers to develop fast and stay secure. **Our Opportunity** We're looking for an experienced regional marketer to work in close collaboration with Sales to define and execute region-specific programs that drive pipeline growth, net new and expansion revenue and support the overall sales teams' success. With our Asia & India business booming, the responsibilities of this marketer is to define regional specific activities for prospects and existing customers, across Asia & India with a focus in the first instance on Singapore, India and Indonesia. It will involve daily interaction with the field sales teams in the region, as well as close collaboration with cross functional teams, and, in some cases, our channel partners. Location: Singpore or Sydney, Australia This role supports Asia & India so you will need to be prepared for high percentage of travel. **You'll Spend Your Time**: - Interacting with sales. You'll be the face of our campaigns - working closely with our sales team to ensure that marketing is delivering the right leads and pipeline opportunities. You spend time analysing the regional data and are the single point of contact for the region / territory. - Working cross-functionally. From demand marketing and community, to product marketing and marketing ops, you drive in-region marketing success, delivering qualified leads and pipeline opportunities within prospect and target accounts. - Creating and leading multidisciplinary regional marketing activities. You'll be creating compelling, engaging, sometimes complex and high-performing activities - such as events (physical, virtual and hybrid), webinars, ABM initiatives, digital campaigns. Starting with messaging ideation with (product) marketing (or solutions engineers) and continuing with planning, production, and promotion of all deliverables. - Coordinating and executing. You'll be managing all campaign activities and their tracking including, but not limited to gated and ungated content, webinars, mailers (often aligned with our key account strategy), and regional field and conference activities (often in collaboration with the events team). - Webinar management A-to-Z. Actively lead topic and abstract generation, manage all pre-, during and post-production activities, including speaker and slide preparation, recording editing, lead handling in close collaboration with content specialists. - Planning, budgeting, measuring, and tracking ROI. You'll be in control of each campaign plan, budgeting, goal setting for both lead and pipeline generation, and tracking progress towards these goals. - Regionalisation. You'll support crafting the content and messaging for the ASEAN market, and as the regional expert, you'll always ensure the program is relevant, referencing local stories, trends and themes where applicable, often working with our PR local agency. - Ideating. We strive to be the best marketing team the tech space has seen. We would like your help in ideating (and then executing) new, other activities we should bring into the fold. **What You'll Need**: - Passion for and experience in B2B marketing (preferably technology / SaaS / cybersecurity). - 5 years + experience with B2B demand generation and/or regional (field) marketing focussed on the Asia & India region. - Experience working closely with an (inside) sales team and understand how to support and accelerate them. - A data-driven mindset and experience with analyzing campaign results to provide business recommendations comes naturally. This means you're running reports, identifying trends, challenging the numbers and also looking for new opportunities in the market. - Comfortably multi-tasking, for a variety of stakeholders, in a fast-paced scale up environment, and can work both autonomously and in a team-setting. - To be confident in running customer-facing communications. - A love for running experiments and optimizing processes to improve impact. - To behands-on, curious and love to explore new domains and technologies. - Toenjoy fast-paced, highly engaging work environments. **We'd be Lucky if You**: - Are proficient (and maybe even outstanding) at using marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Looker, Marketo, Eloqua and / or other similar programs.
