Production Manager

Your role is to oversee and supportthe drama team’s planning, development and production work from a PMD standpoint, working closely with IFA’s Producers as well as external Producers and team. You will ensure that IFA’s team deliver drama shows on time and to budget, at all stages, from development, through scheduling, to budget, to handling of contracting matters. You will be managing the smooth running of PMD matters for a range of projects at any one time, working with the in-house Producer team and with contracted freelance staff. You may be required to travel and be on set if the need arises. You will support and work alongside the IFA finance team to ensure each team handles the project deliverables correctly and on time. You will act as the IFA representative to our client in all things PMD, including, but not limited to maintaining and building strong relationships with our current and future clients. This is an operational position. The role is based in Singapore.
You are a team player who operates in a fast paced environment. You are proactive, have experience handling communication with clients and vendors, have good people and social skills and have high attention to detail. You have good computer skills, particularly excel and G-suites. The IFA team is constantly working on multiple projects so it is the PMD’s role to stay aware of missing items and follow up with the client and vendors.
