You will be part of the People Engagement team residing in the People and Culture Team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Understand the communication needs of our people, and turn them into ideas, designs, concepts, and communication plans to support employee communications and activities to strengthen our NCS story.
- Work with relevant teams to write, edit, storyboard and create engaging content (including multimedia content such as videos and infographics) that is relevant, personalised and targeted for employees
- You will also be involved in strategizing, planning and executing internal initiative to keep our people engaged and feel cared for as well as promoting NCS as an attractive employer of choice. This includes wellness activities across group, recognition events and transformation initiatives.

The ideal profile should have/be:

- We’re looking for natural storytellers with a flair for writing. You are creative and a trend-spotter, who is obsessively passionate about creating good design.
- You love working with graphics and can put together exciting and engaging infographics and visuals.
- Currently in University taking up a degree in any of the following: Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Creative Writing, Business Management or related disciplines.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
