2. Ensure all requests are processed within specified service standard, timely and accurately. Ensure issues are highlighted and escalated to Team Leader/cover promptly

3. Challenge status quo and execute changes in an effective manner. Provide ideas/ initiatives in team huddle or forums on digitization, automation & process improvement

4. Identify operational risks and recommend measures to address / mitigate the risk

5. Review & update system reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis

6. Manage ad-hoc analysis to solve / respond to operations issue, urgent investigation and business questions, using statistical and predictive modelling techniques

7. Provide insights through data visualization and presentations to deliver productivity, identify root cause of a situation and to provide actionable insights

8. Establish and maintain effective relationship and work closely with various stakeholders to understand the Business/Operations problem statement, propose analytic requirements and solution, leverage on internal and external data and use analytics techniques to provide data-driven insights

9. Work closely with CBG business and support stakeholders to re-engineer and eliminate existing process frictions in realizing Design-For-No-Ops strategy
