**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and General Ledger.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Handle payroll processing and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
- Manage tax reporting and filing processes, including GST submissions.
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
- Provide financial data and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in Singapore, preferably within a professional services or consultancy firm.
- Solid understanding of Singaporean tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
