Are you a seasoned social media professionals who knows when to post, what caption to write, and who to follow? We are looking to grow our social media team to onboard talents with a flair for content creation, strategy, copywriting and have an eye for visuals. **Key Responsibilities**
- Develop social media strategies for businesses across different industry verticals
- You shall be the point of contact for clients with social media retainers for the agency.
- Managing, crafting and publishing original, high-quality content on social platforms.
- Manage online communities (creating a response framework, responding to comments and DMs) on client platforms to build brand relationships with audiences.
- Leverage on organic social media platforms (mainly FB, IG, and LinkedIn) to increase followers and engagement for brands assigned to you.
- Curate and create brand assets, user-generated content and more to stir conversation among your audiences, while maintaining the brand’s voice.
- Craft social media copies, blog articles, and ad copies. Copywriting and social media come hand in hand.
- Monitor influencers on social media platforms for opportunities to collaborate.
- Track and analyse social media metrics to see where brands can improve on.
- Perform and manage day-to-day media buys and ad buys on Meta platforms and other relevant channels.
- Work closely with in-house design team to produce out of the box digital content and campaigns.
- Analyse and report on social media performance and sentiments using external
- Support the team’s efforts on proposals, pitches and meetings for both new and existing business

**Qualifications**
- Strong English-language copywriting and editing skills. Good ability to craft ideas and content that resonates with local audiences.
- Inquisitive, creative and has the ability to generate new ideas.
- Able to work independently whilst balancing multiple tasks.
- Deadlines don’t scare you; they motivate you.
- A self-starter, who takes initiative and is able to work independently.
- Not afraid to take risks and try new things, always testing and learning.
- Great project management skills - you will be working with the global team of creatives and performance marketers on a day-to-day basis.
- Required language(s): English
- Junior and Senior positions available.
- Junior positions with at least 1 Year of working experience in the related field
- Senior positions with at least 5 Years of working experience in the related field
- Required Skill(s): Social Media, Content Creation, Copywriting, Facebook Ads Manager
- Nice to have: Preferably executives/senior executives specialised in Advertising/Media Planning, Digital Marketing, Creative, Content Creation

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

- Social media management: 2 years (required)
