As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a **Quantity Surveyor**to strengthen our commercial and cost management team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare **tender submissions**, **cost estimates**, **Bills of Quantities (BQ)**, and **pricing breakdowns**:
- Conduct **subcontractor sourcing**, quotation evaluations, and price negotiations
- Manage **progress claims**, **interim valuations**, **variation orders**, and **final accounts**:
- Monitor and control **project budgets**, cost forecasting, and procurement tracking
- Support Project Managers on **site measurements**, VO justifications, and cost reconciliation
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers for commercial mattersEnsure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in **Quantity Surveying**, Building, or Construction-related field
- 2-5 years’ experience in interior fit-out, A&A, or healthcare projects
- Strong knowledge of **Singapore construction cost practices**, contract terms, and SIA/PSSCOC
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**, measurement software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam), and project documentation
- Attention to detail, good analytical skills, and ability to work independently
- Must be able to manage **tight deadlines**and coordinate with site teams and vendors
