With the goal to continue and expand the presence in Singapore and across the globe, a leading tech solutions provider is seeking a talented and experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join their dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy and roadmap aligned with the organization's business objectives, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls, technologies, and processes to detect, prevent, and respond to cyber threats and incidents.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and prioritize security risks and vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the global security team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into product development, IT operations, and business processes, ensuring that security is embedded throughout the organization.
- Monitor and analyze security metrics, reports, and threat intelligence to assess the effectiveness of security controls and identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, board of directors, clients, partners, and regulatory bodies on security-related matters.
- Drive compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices, such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, GDPR, and MAS TRM.
- Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's security posture and strategy.

**Skills / Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in information security management roles, with a strong focus on designing and implementing enterprise-wide security programs in global organizations.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse audiences at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a commitment to driving innovation and continuous improvement.
