With a rapidly growing global footprint, they are committed to providing secure, seamless, and scalable financial solutions. They are looking for a visionary **Chief Security Information Officer (CSIO)**to lead its cybersecurity and data protection efforts. The **CSIO**will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected. This executive role requires deep domain expertise in cybersecurity, strong knowledge of compliance within financial services (especially payments), and a proactive mindset to stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the organization’s global information security and data protection strategy
- Lead all aspects of cybersecurity, including risk management, incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability assessments
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, MAS TRM, and other applicable frameworks
- Collaborate with technology, product, legal, and compliance teams to embed security into product development and business operations
- Drive security awareness and training programs across the organization
- Lead security audits, pen testing, and third-party risk assessments
- Report regularly to the board and executive team on cybersecurity posture, risk levels, and mitigation strategies
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of cybersecurity technologies
- Serve as the primary contact for cybersecurity with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholdersBuild and lead a high-performing global security team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience within the fintech or payments sector is essential
- Deep understanding of digital payment infrastructures, APIs, mobile security, and cloud security
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services across multiple jurisdictions
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCISO are preferredExcellent leadership, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement skills
