**Chief Information Security Officer**

We are looking for an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) who has management and technical skills and experience in fast-paced Agile environments. The role will involve setting up the team and security management framework to comply with the ISO27001 standard and various jurisdictions’ compliance requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security, anti-fraud, and IT risk management program
- Provide leadership to the enterprise's information security organization
- Take a leading role in structuring, planning, and executing the most critical security-related engagements.
- Assist with the overall business technology planning, providing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems
- Build a Security Operations Center and diverse team of security engineers and consultants
- Develop and integrate Security detection mechanisms in the company-wide Anti-Fraud system
- Implement the security best practices and tools: bug bounty program, red teaming, DevSecOps and AppSec practices, SSDLC, etc
- Organize security training of technical and non-technical personnel
- Develop and enhance an information security management framework in alignment with the compliance requirements and ISO 2700x
- Provide domain expertise in cloud security and compliance and become a trusted technical advisor

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of eight to 12 years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security, and IT jobs, with at least 5 years in a Cybersecurity management role
- Master's degree in Math, Computer Science or other exact sciences
- Deep knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Security Management certifications: CISM, CISSP
- Specific experience in Agile (scaled) software development or other best-in-class development practices.
- Experience in managing, scaling, and running technical consulting or professional services organizations using a data-driven approach
- Experience working with leading Cloud Platforms
- Practical scripting experience in Python, Powershell, Bash, and other languages
- Hands-on penetration testing experience
- Experience with implementation of the security controls in CI/CD

**Preferred experiences and qualifications**
- Professional certificates in hands-on penetration testing: OSCP, OSWE, CEH
- Professional certificates in cloud security: CCSP
- Experience in technical AWS and general Could Security within the context of internal/customer-facing roles
- Practical implementation of the industry compliance frameworks (ISO 2700x, GDPR, BSP)
- Ability to present technical materials effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with executives on both technical and non-technical matters
- Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base
- Experience with AWS and Kubernetes and IaaC(SaaC) approach
