**Scope of the Job**
- To supervise & process colour matching orders according to Colour Matching Centre (CMC) schedule
- Able to colour match both solid colours & metallic colours for water-based or solvent-based paints
- To coordinate with Supply chain for raw materials required for both via tinting machine or manual colour matching
- Prepare sample panels or wet samples for mock-up for Sales Department
- To record formulations of batches made at CMC by completing the job requisition form
- To maintain colour drawdowns & wet samples for batches produced at CMC
- To count & verify raw material stock at CMC every month-end
- To verify quality of paint (colour, finishing appearance, settling) when product complaint arises
- To attend to site complaint & provide technical support to Sales Department when required.

To maintain good housekeeping at CMC area

**Key Responsibilities**

1. To support the Technical Department by processing colour matching orders

2. To supervise & coach Junior Technical Executive on daily job schedule and colour matching duties.

3. To support Sales Department on sample preparations & verifying complaints.

**Qualification And Experience**

1. Minimum Secondary Education

2. Preferably 3 years proven relevant experience in a similar capacity or paint industry

3. Resourceful and able to work under pressure

Must not be colour-blind

**Skills Required**:
1. Colour matching skills in paint industry

2. Well-organised and highly responsible.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work with different of departments/ customers in order to solve problems.

5. Ability to perform well under stress and meet deadlines.
