**Key Responsibilities**
- **Policy Implementation and Governance**:Oversee the adoption and execution of global information security policies and procedures across the APAC region.
- **Risk Awareness and Training**:Design and deliver training and communication programs to cultivate a culture of risk awareness and compliance.
- **Third-Party Risk Management**:Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments for third-party vendors and maintain ongoing monitoring processes.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:Partner with business units and functional teams to identify, evaluate, and address security risks effectively.
- **Incident Response Management**:Develop, test, and improve incident response protocols, including organizing tabletop exercises and conducting self-assessments.
- Take a lead role in managing security incidents and events when required.
- **Cyber Resilience**:Collaborate with Risk & Controls, IT, and other relevant teams to establish and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and IT Disaster Recovery Plans (IT DRPs) within the region.
- **Project Leadership**:Drive regional security projects and initiatives assigned by the Regional CISO.
- **Compliance and Industry Awareness**:Stay informed about emerging trends, regulations, and standards related to information security, cybersecurity, and data governance, ensuring organizational alignment.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- **Certifications**:Professional certifications such as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) are highly desirable.
- **Technical Knowledge**:Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 7 years in information security governance, risk, and compliance or related areas.
- Experience in a regional capacity within a product manufacturing environment is preferred.

Pay: $7,500.00 - $9,000.00 per month
