The Digital Account Specialist will manage day-to-day partner operations, working together with several internal stakeholders such as, Digital Business, Product, Digital Technology, Claims and Operations, to ensure our that partnerships are run efficiently and generate maximum value to Chubb and our customers, and that our partners have a good experience working with Chubb.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills to represent Chubb in partner discussions and bring different stakeholders together to meet partner needs and fulfil growth opportunities.
**Main responsibilities**
- Define partner propositions and revenue growth plans together with Senior Account Managers and Revenue Growth & Marketing teams.
- Track key account management metrics, such as quarterly sales targets and operational SLAs. Build plans to improve metrics when necessary
- Serve as point of contact for partner day-to-day operational matters.
- Produce internal and external reports, timely and accurately
- Help to institutionalize knowledge from different Partnerships across the organization, ensuring efficiency across the portfolio Research on consumers, competitors and marketplace and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations
The role reports to the Account Manager - e-commerce for APAC.
The role works closely with Product Line Managers, Data Analysts, Digital Marketing & Growth, Operations, Technology, Claims teams, and Regional Account Managers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day partner operations, collaborating with stakeholders in different functions to solve any matter that arises
- Contribute to and monitor partner OKR/KPIs
- Produce internal and external reports
- Develop a trustworthy, strong relationship with key partner teams - at all levels
- Research
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or Business equivalent.
- Up to 3 years of working experience, preferably from insurance, consulting, insurtech, fintech or tech firms.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong logical thinking and quantitative analysis ability.
- Proactive, open to learn, strong builder and intrapreneurial mindset, ready to get hands dirty.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- A fast learner who is meticulous and detail-minded.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English and preferably Mandarin speaking
