**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Facility Technicians in the daily management of the Data Center Operations and Maintenance Contractors Management
- Assist in completing facility Smart Hand Request timely
- Assist in completing facility maintenance supervision activities timely
- Assist in conduct daily walkthrough of Data Center to record and report and faults or defects detected (E.g.Water stains mark, water ponding, broken door handles, abnormal noise from AHU / CRAUs, unusual noise from UPS etc.) and take down record of M&E equipment
- Assist to responds to all BMS alerts, investigate and feedback to the Duty Engineer on any outstanding issues or events (E.g. VESDA and FM200 alarm, UPS alarm, Water Detection alarm etc)

- Processes Improvement Projects
