Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner

Job Description
As Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner, you play an instrumental role in establishing finance business partnership with stakeholders. You will also work closely with stakeholders to develop key performance metrics and trends to drive improvement for the business, and to develop and maintain financial models where required. Perform product profitability and costing analysis to aid in operation control, process improvement and cost management. You will also be expected to perform reviews of existing processes to enhance efficiency and re-engineer as required.
(1) Business Partnering- Effective stakeholder management to establish strong and trusted working relationships by connecting with stakeholders within the business- Provide leadership and advisories to cross functional teams in delivering continuous value
(2) Business Analysis- Creating financial models to improve business performance, assess risks- Working with management to monitor performance against long term plan- Developing strategies and assisting business to drive profitable growth (understanding markets, optimise margins, mitigating risks, ensure costing accuracy, mitigate losses through claims or operational errors etc.)
(3) Finance Re-engineering- Identify, prioritize, and deliver business process improvements- Lead projects involving cross-functional team to improve business processes by understanding current processes and proposing modifications or re-engineering initiatives, taking an end-to-end perspective with a focus on improved service and operational excellence, and increased customer and stakeholder satisfaction- Take ownership of ongoing continual measurement and monitoring processes working with functional owner
(4) Be the Change Agent- Drive adoption through change management techniques- Support Product & Functional transformation
(5) People Development & Culture- Build a competent team via coaching, mentoring, and providing guidance- Inculcate continuous training to upskill and drive a high performing team- Inculcate SingPost values as part of our DNADrive collaboration and cohesiveness within the smaller and wider teams
