**Responsibilities**
- Regional support (South East Asia & Oceania region) for:
a. ERP SD Module’s sub-modules such as:
i. Pre-Sales

ii. Pricing

iii. Order Processing and Reporting

iv. Intangible Sales

v. Credit Management

vi. Order Promising aATP (Advanced Available-To-Promise)

vii. Inter Company Trade

viii. Marketing Sample Management

ix. Billing and Invoicing

x. Sales Adjustment and Returns

b. Customer EDI (Electronic data interface) using IDoc/RFC between Samsung and Trading Partners

c. ERP Customer Master

d. ERP Workflow and Authority
- Responsible to handle subsidiaries issue within stipulated SLA (service level agreement)
- Investigate, analyze subsidiaries requirements and advise them on the solutions. Communicate with HQ to find feasible solution if necessary
- Handle projects on new SD process or Customer EDI implementation as and when requested by subsidiaries
- Conduct user training and create training manuals for business users
- Able to debug SAP ABAP programs
- Able to understand SAP SD and ERP concept of other modules (WF, Authority, MM, LE, FI, CO)
- Create SD module program functional specifications for headquarter team developers
- Perform testing on SD module functionalities/reports created by headquarter team

**Requirements**:

- Degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent
- At least 3.5 - 5 years’ experience in SAP (S4/HANA preferable) on following module

**a.** SD (Sales and Distribution)

**b.** Customer EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) using SAP IDoc/RFC

**c.** Customer Master

**d.** Workflow and Authority
- The incumbent will be liaising with Korean associates. Proficiency in Korean is required
- Excellent Communication skills to communicate with both users and SDSAP’s HQ
- Able to travel abroad for business purpose
- Proficient in SAP SD
- Experience in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Expertise in writing/using formulas
- Deep understanding of customer business and process innovation capability
- Communication skills to communicate quickly and accurately with technicians and business stakeholders
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies and systems
- Strong organization, planning and prioritization skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
