Helping e-commerce businesses with inventory storage, pick and pack, local delivery and customer returns management etc., we enable sellers, both local and international, to capitalize on the rapidly growing e-commerce market in Singapore, Southeast Asia and beyond.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate the Warehouse Management System on computer and handheld device (training will be provided)
- Receive incoming shipments, check quantity and condition of items received
- Label products where required and put away at designated locations of the warehouse
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with couriers and external delivery service providers to facilitate smooth dispatch or receipt of parcels / shipments
- Office administrative duties
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Team player with good communication skills. Responsible and take ownership for work done.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
- Prior work experience with ecommerce warehouse/logistics industry will be an advantage.
