**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Junior Solutions Consultant (M/F/d) to join our exciting team in Singapore.

As a Junior Solutions Consultant, you play a critical part in the Project Team to ensure successful deployment of AEB Solutions to Customer Systems with the following responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities:

- Conduct workshops and lead discussions with stakeholders on business requirements.
- Perform feasibility study and fit/gap analysis on the customer requirements.
- Perform System configuration and documentation.
- Perform Unit testing and Systems Integration testing.
- Manage and review documentations according to AEB guidelines for the deliverables (Test scripts, Release notes, User training documents etc.)
- Conduct user training which includes preparation of the training documents.
- Coordinate and assist customer during User Acceptance Testing.
- Perform cut-over activities required for the system go-live.
- Provide Go-live support during the production stability period.
- Provide knowledge transfer to internal support for the smooth transition from project to support phase

Additional Responsibilities:

- Assist in Project management activities by supporting Project Manager
- Mentor and guide new or junior colleagues
- Support the sales team during pre-sales activities
- Perform Ad hoc tasks not limited to the list of responsibilities mentioned above

**Requirements**:

- Preferably prior business analyst or consulting experience
- SAP or Trade Compliance knowledge
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with customers and internal team
- An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills and detail oriented
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision, multi-task and take ownership and be responsible for the tasks assigned
- Openness and willing to learn new solutions and grow existing skill sets with a positive mindset
- Preferably knowledge or exposure to supply chain and logistics processes
- Prior knowledge on SDLC methodologies
- Teamplayer

Education and Experience:

- 2- 4 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent role
- Good grounding in IT and software systems
- Highly computer literate
- Knowledge of any of the following areas of industry: Software implementations as ERP, CRM or Supply Chain Management _(preferred)_

**Language**:

- Proficiency in English
