**Talent Acquisition Lead**

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business.
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
- Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

**Skills Required**:

- You have at least 8 years of experience including solid experience in a similar role within IT.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering Singapore
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
