**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to Primary Care Partnerships’ activities and programmes
- Manage Head of Department and division appointments and meetings schedule
- Handle payment and disbursement related matters
- Handle procurement related matters
- Enter data from various sources into registry timely and accurately
- Prepare reports as and when required
- Manage the finance functions on behalf of Family Medicine Clinic
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors and HOD

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma (Preferably in Health or Social related)
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting
- Able to multi-task and work independently and as a team
- Good organisation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
