Springloaded is a small indie company founded by James Barnard and based in Singapore. As the creators of #LetsBuildAZoo, we are an independent game developer updating our current games, and working on #LetsBuildANext.

We are mainly looking for artists who are residing in Singapore and are able to work on-site. For artists residing outside Singapore, we would have to see your skills before discussing alternative arrangements.

Payment will be discussed.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the art direction or vision of the game and work closely with the Art Lead to produce assets for games using pixel art.
- Design a wide range of original assets for exteriors, interiors, decorations, characters and more.
- Work closely with Art Lead to ensure consistency among assets produced.

**Requirement**
- Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop (preferred software) or similar softwares.
- Understanding of top down perspective in pixel art.
- Good sense of aesthetic design and good eye for detail.
- Ability to prepare assets for different rotations.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and deliver work in a timely manner.
- Be self-motivated, collaborative, good interpersonal and communication skills.

**Bonus**
- Experience in game design or asset creation.
- Minimal knowledge of programming for games.

We would require you to take up an art test to see your skills and whether your style would be a good fit to our company.
