Singapore LEGENDBYTE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. Full time

Execution of integrated cross-channel initiatives - including large web initiatives, user experiences, online advertising & digital marketing.
- Meaningfully contribute to the ideation, conceptualisation and art direction of marketing, content and concepts, often in partnership with the Design Team members, and copywriter with an emphasis on compelling ideas.
- Understand the needs, motivations, and aspirations of your audiences, so that you can interact with them in the most effective, compelling, and engaging way possible.
- Art direct with strong visual ideation and ability to design in a variety of styles for different channels and media— be able to craft compelling and on brand website visuals, as well as effective key visuals, ads, communication designs and moving image.
- Work closely with other designers, art directors and copywriters to ensure quality control and the best standards.
- Distil complex creative concepts into understandable design solutions, and clearly rationalise strategic thinking to stakeholders, with the ability to solve complex design and communication issues.
- Leverage and optimise relevant resources, and ensure that projects stay on brief.
- Attend project briefing meetings, or project kick-offs, where required.
- Question briefs where appropriate - providing extra value and pushing for the most effective solutions.
- Act as the central point of contact on all-things design, artistic and creative.
- Research your client's industry and their audience.
- Work with your team to review the impact your work has had.
- Assist with business pitches to win new clients or projects.
- Be proactive and self-determined.
- Mentor junior team members, guiding them in setting, and achieving career goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a Designer/Art Director role in a require design company
- Fluent English speaker and writer
- Experience managing creative designers
- Experience with multi-geography design team
- Well versed in all disciplines of design (Branding, Advertising, User Experience, Art Direction, Communication Design, Moving Image, etc )
- Lateral thinker, able to connect external design trends to actual briefs and objectives
- Proficiency in design principles (Typography, Composition, Layout, Imagery and Colour Theory amongst others), and working knowledge of how those principles work together, in particular for digital touchpoints
- Pixel-perfect attention to detail
- Experience working with global technology brands such as Google, or equivalent
- Experience working on campaigns and design projects within multiple markets in the South East Asian region of for its diverse audiences and cultures
- Understanding and ability to use the latest design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
- A great eye for art direction, bringing big ideas to life in compelling ways
- Knowledge of current technologies and products influencing the creative landscape
- Experience of working with G-Suite (Google Docs, Drives, Slides)
- Awards and industry recognition would be a bonus
- A well-rounded portfolio that showcases your thinking ability, craft, innovative ideas and inspiring creative solutions and demonstrable success in managing or leading a design team
