[What you will be working on]

The Financing Ecosystem Division (FED) supports EnterpriseSG’s mission to grow stronger Singapore enterprises by building capabilities and accessing global opportunities.

FED is responsible for policies which ensures the availability of and access to relevant financing and tax tools to support enterprise growth in Singapore and internationally. Use of data and IT systems are enablers of FED’s work.

You will be part of the team responsible for:

- Developing system and data infrastructure to support all tax and financing tools
- Identifying systems requirements and architecting systems design and development (in collaboration with DDI) to enable tax and financing programmes to be administered effectively and adherence to governance requirements
- System maintenance and user support to implement policy changes in tax and financing tools, drive process efficiencies, and resolve system issues
- Developing a data architecture to enable data analytics, dashboard visualisation and management reporting

[What we are looking for]
- Demonstrates deep knowledge of data analytics tools and experience in developing system architectures to support data mining, analytics and reporting
- Possess extensive experience in system design and development, with proven ability to translate policy and operational needs into system requirements. Demonstrates strong capability in diagnosing issues and providing timely user support
- Strong team player
- Demonstrates ability to lead in projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to perform under pressure
