You will be part of a team that aims to strengthen Singapore's connections to innovation hubs globally.

A key part of your work will involve managing and collaborating with in-market accelerators who help to connect Singapore technology startups and SMEs with overseas customers/partners in key innovation hubs and demand markets.

You will also be partnering overseas government agencies to advance the agenda of promoting cross-border technology/commercial collaborations among our companies.

**Key Responsibilities**

To achieve the goals of the Global Innovation Network team, you will need to:

- Engage the wider technology and innovation community in Singapore, including companies, relevant government agencies, ecosystem builders, VCs, accelerators/incubators, mentors, tech conferences etc;
- Be the central coordinator and go-to person for technology and innovation-related interests within Innovation and Enterprise Group, which will involve coordination with the various Cluster divisions that manages Singapore enterprises including technology startups, SMEs and corporates, as well as international teams that are located in-market;
- Manage programmes that facilitate business and growth opportunities for Singapore technology startups and SMEs in International markets
- Catalyse platforms for co-innovation by facilitating morepartnerships with large enterprises and government agencies, establishing Singapore’s position as a reference pilot and test-bedding hub in the region
- Identify and manage overseas partners to deepen global connections
- Deepen and grow networks globally, support startups to internationalise and attract global startups.

**Requirements**:

- You should have mínimally 3 - 5 years of working experience.
- Prior experience in business development and/or relevant experience in technology business would be advantageous.
- You should be a self-starter, be results-oriented, able to demonstrate strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to perform under pressure & in a collaborative environment will put you in good stead.
- Overseas travel for business purposes may be required, frequency of about 2-3 times a year, dependent on changes in the pandemic situation.
