Denis Asia Pacific Pte LTD (DAP) is a company of the Denis Group. It provides Logistic, Quality Assurance, as well as Project Management services to other companies of the Group, particularly in Singapore, South-East Asia and worldwide.

DAP is currently looking for a Regional Quality Manager. The Regional QA Manager position is a key responsibility for DAP within the Denis group of company. The Regional QA Manager designs the Quality Assurance policies and supports their implementation in DAP and other group companies to ensure the food goods productions, storage and distribution is done in a safe and secured way.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement Food Quality Assurance programs are essential to ensure the food goods distributed by the Group locally and overseas are safe, traceable and of the best quality standards. These programs include Food Defence and Food Safety certifications such as HACCP, ISO22000 and Halal assurance.
- Participate actively in the Business Continuity Task Force to ensure DAP’s operations continuity and constant supply of finished goods to our customers. In coordination with all companies, the task force designs procedures to protect the employees from contamination. The task force also proposes investments to increase safety at work for all people working into the Company.
- Lead the Digitalization Program for the QA departments of DAP and other manufacturing companies of the Group in Southeast Asia. In the era of digital management, DAP is constantly seeking solutions to remain at the edge of new technologies for data management and food safety risks management. This area of work requires a large supervision of solutions available worldwide for the implementation in DAP in coordination with other companies of the Group in Southeast Asia.
- Synchronization and standardization of the QA departments’ procedures and auditing programs between all companies of the Group, to ensure we remain up to international standards in our procedures to serve our local and overseas’ customers.
- Be the communication link between Group supply chain, manufacturers, and markets to ensure the continuity of food safety programs and support the smooth logistic operations.
- Oversee Product Specifications and Regulation Control in relation with the Group R&D departments, to support the development of new products within local and international regulations that contribute to the well-being of the Group.
- Provide Project Management Services for manufacturing companies of the Group in Malaysia. The role is involved in the set-up and organisation of the project management department in DAP. He is in charge of guiding the project management team in the selection of equipment and validation of new processes and supporting the decisions for investment.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s Degree in Food Engineering or equivalent.
- Must have more than 10 years of experience in the food industry, ideally acquired overseas.
- Strong knowledge and experience of international food regulations, to be aware of and experienced with global food threats and the latest food safety risks developments.
- Has exposure to other countries’ food regulation and manufacturing environment, with a strong knowledge of the global food regulations.
- Good communication skills are required to coordinate between Supply Chain, R&D, manufacturing companies and the final customers.
- A good understanding of the global threats to which DAP and other companies of the Group may be exposed in their operations is a must.
- A multi-lingual fluency in English, Spanish and French is preferred.
