QA Test Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced QA Testing Lead to establish and lead the core QA function across multiple programs and business units.

The role will focus on defining QA standards, governance, reusable assets, and driving innovation across manual, automated, and AI-enabled testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Team Leadership

• Define and implement QA strategy, governance, and standards
• Establish centralized frameworks for test case design, automation, performance testing, and defect tracking
• Build reusable components, templates, and checklists for efficiency

Governance and Best Practices

• Enforce QA policies, processes, and KPIs
• Standardize QA tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, TestRail, etc.)
• Drive test maturity (e.g., TMMi) and continuous improvement initiatives

Technology & Automation Oversight

• Guide tool selection and automation strategies (including low-code/codeless tools like ACCELQ, testSigma, TestRigor, UiPath Test Suite)
• Enable CI/CD integration, test data management, and environment provisioning
• Promote AI/ML adoption for intelligent test generation and defect prediction

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with delivery, DevOps, and product teams
• Act as SPOC for enterprise QA initiatives
• Provide dashboards and quality updates to leadership

Delivery, Training & Talent Development

• Oversee project delivery and manage the QA team
• Mentor QA engineers and build a talent bench in specialized QA areas
• Lead training and certification programs for continuous skill development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 10+ years in software testing, including 4+ years in QA leadership or CoE roles
• Hands-on knowledge of automation, performance testing, and QA frameworks
• Familiarity with tools such as:
• Automation: ACCELQ, Tosca, Selenium, Test Sigma, UiPath Test Suite
• API Testing: Postman, RestAssured
• Test Management: JIRA, TestRail, ALM
• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Shift-Left principles
• Experience with test metrics and reporting dashboards
