**Job Details**

**What you will do**:
The Analyst will function as a business partner to the Operations Lead for Rest of Asia (APAC countries except ANZ and India). The individual will be involved in critical business finance activities, including the analysis of business results, actuals and forecast reporting and interaction with controllership functions. The position will be based in Singapore and will report into the GP FP&A Manager.

**How you will do it**:

- Key Business Partner to Operations Lead for Rest of Asia with Supply chain hub based in Singapore
- Supervise, guide and lead the indirect support staff out of the SSC across multiple finance functions based in India and China
- Drive quarterly/annually financial forecast and other budgeting activities for APAC Supply chain hub and repair center hub
- Perform deep dive analysis into expenses, prepare monthly KPI reporting and explain variances to regional management
- Conduct analysis of freight and warehousing including cost drivers / mode / freight lane, maintain BU allocations / charges and provide strategic advice to warehouse/transportation departments
- Focal point of finance to drive Supply chain operation excellence activities such as Continuous Improvement projects, Excess & Obsolete stock management, and other initiatives
- Manage financial performance APAC supply chain hub’s annual stocktake, inventory classification, inventory cycle count, standard cost revaluation, purchase variance, warranty, vendor rebate, returns, etc
- Consolidate and publish APAC Inventory and Excess & Obsolete Report, support planners in reducing excess inventory and driving alignment with global targets
- Perform ad hoc analysis as necessary

**What we look for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics from recognized University
- 4-6 years of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience
- Experience with engaging business heads or other business partners
- Excellent communication and analytical skills required
- Mature, self-motivated., adaptable and able to work independently
- High energy, dedicated, confident and a proactive problem-solver
- Experience working in an environment that involved gathering and consolidating financial data from multiple source systems
- Prior experience using BAAN, SAP and OneStream highly preferred
- Superior PC skills particularly in Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint & Word. BAR certification from ISCA advantageous.
