**The Role**
- As our FM Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for crafting and selling cutting-edge EFM solutions that exceed client expectations. Your expertise will shape the future of FM, driving business growth and success. You'll lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and present to clients with confidence.

**A typical day may involve**:

- Develop and sell winning EFM solutions to clients across the globe
- Manage the EFM solutioning process, ensuring seamless integration and operability
- Present and defend EFM solutions to clients and internal stakeholders with passion and expertise
- Collaborate with sales, solutions directors, and solutions excellence leaders to develop client-centric messaging
- Justify pricing and approach to clients in formal presentations, demonstrating the value of our integrated EFM structure

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in FM solutions development and sales
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a passion for innovation and excellence
