**This position is the Leader of the Strategic Procurement team, located in Singapore, with global Procurement responsibility for Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and Video, Security and Access Control (VSA).
**Responsibilities**:
Demonstrate cross-functional team leadership, working closely with Product Management, Product Design, Technical and
Business Development to achieve results.
Provide guidance procurement planning: determining appropriate procurement method, contract preparation, development,
award, administration, and termination.
Perform market research/analysis to determine availability of the requirement, analyze market trends, commercial practices,
conditions and technological advances and determine the sources to be solicited.
Develop and Execute cohesive strategies, with focus on developing strategies for current and future supply needs, resiliency,
market trends, government regulations, and business environments.

- Establish and Maintain executive presence across Quality, Finance, Product, and Sales organizations.
- Advance governance around best practices and procurement policies.

- Lead a team of individual contributors.
- Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- 5 plus years of Executive leadership experience.
- Department managing including recruiting, hiring, and performance management.
- Global responsibility and vision for Supply Chain and Procurement.
- Strong managerial and negotiation skills.
- Industry experience in Electronics Manufacturing or similar, particularly in the Semiconductor space.
- Leading complex end-to-end RF(x) process.
- Thriving in a high-energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.
- Must reside Singapore to be considered for this position.
**Basic Requirements**:
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree required
