Alliance and Procurement Executive

**Job Overview**
We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated and can-do attitude individual to fulfill the Alliance and Procurement (Senior) Executive role.
This is an individual contributor role located in the Singapore HQ office, reporting to Alliance and Procurement Manager.
**Job Responsibilities and Duties**
- Responsible for daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, raising PRs, following up on POs and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate for cost-effective and ensure timely purchases.
- Review, compare and analyze all quotations to ensure they are in line with the commercial requirements.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on pricing, deliveries and support services are met.
- Assist respective business units on upcoming renewals and involve in annual budget exercise.
- Responsible in providing procurement advice and administrative support.
- Assist in problem resolution on procurement related matters.
- Strictly adhere to procurement processes in accordance to company guidelines.
- Resolve purchases and invoices related issues.
- Source and evaluate new prospective partners and manage partnership agreements.
- Build and deepen relationship with new and existing alliance partners.
- Assist and support in partner on-boarding and training programs.
- Coordinate technology updates and enablement sessions to support business needs.
- Assist in attaining sales and technical certification with Principal vendors.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Reporting Officer.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience and has exposure in technology sector.
- Have proven records in engaging and managing administrative work pertaining to procurement in the area of new purchases and renewals **is a must.**
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven, take initiatives, pro-active and responsive.
- Ability to support urgent request, multitask, prioritize and effective time management.
- Good problem-solving skills and able to analyze problems objectively.
- Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude.
- Accurate and precise with attention to detail.
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal skill.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
