We are looking for a person responsible for managing all aspects of our procurement, logistics and warehousing operations.

**KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of inbound and outbound activities, warehouse operations, and organisation
- Responsible for the efficiency in day-to-day warehouse operations, proper planning of picking, packing, and organising of storage areas for easy retrieval
- Lead and manage warehouse operations to achieve committed service levels required
- Enforce Standard Operating Procedures and KPIs
- Ensure regular execution of cycle count and stock-take activities as required and ensure high level of accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory and delivery discrepancies, and corrective action is taken to rectify mistakes on a timely basis
- Implement and ensure housekeeping, optimising, and manage the warehouse storage efficiently and effectively.
- Training new hires/ or new processes
- Participation in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance,
- Coordinate with other departments as required to ensure smooth flow of materials movement and operations
- Manage monthly reporting (both local and regional) as required for KPI Scorecard
- Performs other job-related functions as and when required by management

**Competencies**:

- **_- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in logistic/warehouse operations and mangement _**
- Strong knowledge in inventory management, end-to-end inbound and outbound operations that includes transportation and last-mile management, preferably with knowledge of handling of electrical products
- Strong knowledge in logistics and warehouse operations and methodology
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
- Analytical and proactive: a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with experience in setting up an effective and efficient logistics workflows that adapts to changes in expectation from customers and staff
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving
- Takes ownership, an inventive problem-solver, and maintain a high level of accountability
- Ability to collaborate well with others and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with all counterparts from multiple sites
