**Responsibilities**:

- Liaison with customers to build relationships and promote Kenjin’s.
- Review, report, and control team operation costs and disciplinary.
- Ensure compliance rules and regulations towards Company and Site Clients.
- Ensure compliance code of conduct of the Company.
- Responsible to attend and dissolving Client’s complaints.
- Support Company Management toward Company continuous improvement.
- Support Manager to ensure team operation smoothly.
- Propose plans and strategies to win more customer
- Lead and manage the company emergency response specialist team and upholding company ERS program (ERT program and contracts)
- Lead and manage the safety and security-related matters in Company.
- Lead and uphold as Safety & Security Cordinator on site.
- Uphold as Safety Cordinator in all project sites
- Uphold company compliances such BizSafe and ISO.

**Requirement and Skillset**:

- Minimum diploma holder in the safety-relevant.
- Possessed WSH Level B or above
- Knowledgeable in WSH and Security Compliances in Semiconductor Industry
- Self-motivated and able to work well within a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Results-driven and business awareness.
