**Job Description & Requirements**:

- This job role is part of the Career Conversion Programme for SME Executives.
- There will be a **3-month programme **and **3 days of on-the-job training **.
- This is a full-time role.
- Remote work/work from home. Transiting to work at a co-working space next year.
- Once every 2 months, there is a requirement to work on 1 weekday evening OR 1 weekend afternoon up to 3 hours which will be compensated with a full day off-in-lieu the next working day.

**Main roles & responsibilities**
- This position report to the President, in his absence, the Vice-President.
- Create learners’ accounts in the learning management system
- Update Enrollment & Assessment Records
- Edit/Issue/Revoke blockchain-based OpenCerts Certificate of Completion to learners & Credential to applicants
- Download Etherscan report monthly.
- Minute-taking
- Prepare a monthly statements of accounts
- Any ad-hoc task as assigned by the Governing Council

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Trends, Google Analytics, and Google Adwords.
- Ideally but not necessarily has knowledge in blockchain technology
- Able to work remotely
- A good team player
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and possess good problem-solving skills
