**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled M&E BIM Coordinator to join our Singapore team. This role is crucial for driving seamless collaboration across multiple disciplines and ensuring high-quality BIM outputs in compliance with regulatory and project standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain BIM model data to support coordination across disciplines, SWC, and sub-contractors.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage and deliver BIM data as per project timelines.
- Collect, integrate, and audit BIM data based on project standards, design codes, and authority regulations.
- Perform regular audits to ensure model integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Troubleshoot BIM-related issues and resolve coordination challenges efficiently.
- Lead and participate in client-facing BIM meetings, including CCSM coordination sessions.
- Guide the development of CCSM/SEM models and manage drawing production.
- Highlight clashes or discrepancies in coordination meetings and facilitate resolution.
- Track project metrics and generate progress/status reports for stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant BIM coordination experience.
- In-depth understanding of M&E systems and BIM coordination processes.
- Strong documentation and issue-tracking skills.
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD - Revit expertise is critical.
- Familiar with Singapore Building & Construction Authority (BCA) codes and regulations.
- Experience working on Substation, SP, or LTA projects is a strong advantage.
- BIM certifications such as Autodesk Revit Professional or BCA BIM Courses are preferred.
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and a proactive team player.
- Working knowledge of BIM workflows and clash detection tools is essential.
- Familiarity with Dynamo or similar scripting tools is a plus.
- Diploma in BIM from BCA Singapore is an advantage.
- Local Singaporean or valid Singapore work permit holder
- Advanced proficiency in Revit for BIM modeling and coordination
- Hands-on experience with M&E model coordination across multi-disciplinary projects

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
