In your new role you will:

- Identify opportunities for **process improvement**
- Analyse existing **administrative processes**and workflows to identify areas for improvements
- **Develop and implement strategies**to streamline operations and enhance productivity
- **Collaborate**with team members to gather input and feedback on current processes
- Enhance **internal communication**
- Implement **communication tools and platforms**to improve internal communication among staff
- **Facilitate training and workshops**to enhance communication skills across the department
- Monitor and **evaluate the effectiveness**of communication efforts and make recommendations for improvements
- Implement **automation initiatives**
- **Research and recommend software solutions**and tools to automate and digitize daily tasks
- Assist in the **implementation of automation tools**and ensure successful adoption by staff
- Provide **ongoing support and training**to team members on new automation and processes

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field
- Basic understanding of **process improvement, project management,**or **operational/organisation efficiency**:

- Familiarity with **automation tools and software**(e.g., project management tools, communication platforms, etc.)
- Good **communication**and **interpersonal skills**:

- Basic **analytical**and **problem-solving abilities**:

- Ability to **work collaboratively**in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to **learn and adapt**in culturally diverse settings
